All orders placed will be despatched only when full payment has been received and Encore Entertainment Distributors is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Cancellation of an order will be only done where the item has not been despatched,once payment has been accepted cancellation is at the discretion of Encore Entertainment Distributors.

Encore Enterainment Distributors will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased.If goods need to be replaced you need to obtain an R.A number immediately from our office.Where goods are faulty or damaged we will discuss the necessary  steps  for the return of goods.Once they have been returned, we will send the replacement stock subject to availability and at our cost. Please note that any products found to be non-defective when returned will incur the delivery costs of returning such items and a re stocking charge for handling product back into our warehouse.
